What is Recipe B on the Ratio Four?

Recipe B on the Ratio Four is a shorter bloom mode, ideal for smaller, 1-2 cup batches. Below, we will cover how to initiate and use this feature.

How to use Recipe B

1. Press and hold the Start button for 3-5 seconds to activate Bloom mode. The Bloom light will begin pulsing.
2. After 40 seconds, water will flow from the shower head between 195-205ºF.
3. The machine will dispense roughly 60ml of hot water before pausing.
4. The heater and pump will stop for around 14 seconds during the pause.
5. The Bloom light will continue pulsing throughout the entire Bloom mode.
   
   

If brewing 3-4 cups: try Recipe A, which you can engage by just pressing the brew button.
