Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us at Hello@ratiocoffee.com with the subject line “Cancel My Order.” Our team reviews cancellation requests throughout the day and will do our best to stop the order before it is fulfilled.

If you’ve already received tracking information, the order has been processed and shipped, and we’re no longer able to cancel it. In that case, you can follow our standard return process. You can review our return policy and steps here.

For timing, most in-stock orders are fulfilled the same day. Our shipping team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship the following week. During higher order volumes, it may take until Tuesday to fully process weekend orders.

If you’re considering canceling, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible via email or phone so we have the best chance of catching the order in time.
