Leaking From the Bottom (Ratio Six)

If your Ratio Six is leaking from the bottom of your machine, where the electronics are housed, this isn't normal and should be addressed by our CX team.

 

What causes a leak in the bottom of my machine?

A leak can be caused by a broken glass water supply line, or a bad gasket around the heater. These are parts that are replaceable and can be resolved during a service with our warranty team. 

 

Should I open the bottom of my machine and identify the root cause?

No, if you're witnessing a clear leak in the base of your machine, please fill out the warranty form on our website. Opening your machine to perform unauthorized repairs within your warranty period will void your Ratio's warranty. We want to ensure we can address your machine's issue safely, effectively, and efficiently, so that you can get back to your morning coffee ritual.
