Loose Power Cord (Ratio Six)
When inserting the power cord into the back of your Ratio Six, the connection should feel secure with minimal movement. A small amount of up-and-down play is normal, but you should still feel some resistance when removing the cord.
A loose power cord or one that isn't fully seated can prevent the machine from starting a brew cycle. If your Ratio Six isn't turning on as expected, make sure the power cord is securely connected at both ends. Pay particular attention to the end that plugs into the machine, and press firmly to ensure it's fully inserted into the power inlet.
If the power cord slips out easily without any resistance, or if the connection feels loose and is preventing the machine from powering on, please contact us at hello@ratiocoffee.com. We'll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.
