# Ratio Four Glass Carafe Troubleshooting

In this article, we will be covering a couple of issues that you might come across when using the Ratio Four Glass Carafe. We'll include our best troubleshooting tips below, but if your issue isn't covered or if the troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via the contacts at the bottom of this article.

#### **Lid Isn't Fitting**

If your Ratio Four's lid isn't staying in place when inserting it onto your glass carafe, there may be a simple explanation. It's possible your Four Glass Carafe Lid arrived with the lid's gasket facing the wrong way. Turn your gasket around so that the tabs face downward. 

If your lid didn't include a gasket, please let our team know, and we can send you one.

#### **Replacement lid**

If your lid takes a tumble, please don't hesitate to reach out, and our team can provide you with a link to purchase a replacement.
