Ratio Four Glass Carafe Troubleshooting

Lid Isn't Fitting

If your Ratio Four's lid isn't staying in place when inserting it onto your glass carafe, there may be a simple explanation. It's possible your Four Glass Carafe Lid arrived with the lid's gasket facing the wrong way. Turn your gasket around so that the tabs face downward. 

If your lid didn't include a gasket, please let our team know, and we can send you one.

Replacement lid
