Repackaging your Ratio Four
Follow these instructions to successfully repackage your Ratio Four machine.
Step 1: Package the Ratio Four
- Use the large bag from the original packaging. If unavailable, use another bag (e.g., a garbage bag).
- Carefully place the Ratio Four in the bag, and make sure the water tank dock stays outside through the bag opening (the dock will fit on the Top Molding).
- Place the bagged unit into the molded base.
- If you do not have the molded pulp, please surround the machine with bubble wrap.

Step 2. Package the Carafe and Water Tank:
- Place the Glass Carafe (without the lid) in a plastic bag and into its molded section.
- Make sure the handle is facing the brewhead and in the molded notch to prevent too much movement
- Place the Water Tank in its molded pulp section next to the Glass Carafe

Step 3: Place the Top Molding on the items that were secured in the Base Molding (Ratio Four, Water Tank, and Glass Carafe)
Step 4: Secure the Accessories in the Top Molding:
- First insert the Water Tank dock in its molded pulp section. The water tubing attached to the water tank dock will fit between the fingers of Top Molding
- Place the power cord in its recessed area in the top molded pulp section.
- Ensure the cord is wound neatly
- Wrap the Glass Carafe Lid in a bag or foam if possible, and place the wrapped Lid into the Filter Basket
- Wrap the Filter Basket with a plastic bag so that the Glass Carafe Lid is secure. The Filter Basket and Carafe Lid will be placed in the large section of the Top Molding.
Step 5: Package the Pulped Machine and Accessories:
- Place the Owner’s Manual and Ratio Four Brew Guide on top of the Top Pulp+accessories
- Slide the pulped machine/accessories along the retail box panel into the box.
- Fold the box panel up and secure the side-tab inward.
- Place the retail box into the outer shipping box with the correct orientation.
- Tape the outer box shut and add a shipping label.

Thank you for taking great care in re-packaging your Ratio.
