We'll include our best troubleshooting tips below,  but if your issue isn't covered or if the troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via the contacts at the bottom of this article. ### Overflow Overflow is most likely to be caused by a dose that is too high or ground too coarse. It can also be caused by using incompatible filters which do not allow the coffee to drain quickly enough. - **For grind:**  We suggest a medium-coarse starting grind, resembling raw sugar, for our brewers.
